Eric Yee
Principal
San Francisco
Based in San Francisco, Eric is a principal at Blumberg Capital focused on expansion and late-stage growth investments.
Prior to joining Blumberg Capital, Eric was a senior investment professional at H.I.G. Capital where he focused on minority and majority growth equity investments in lower middle-market companies across SaaS and consumer internet. Before that, he was a senior associate at Industry Ventures focused on direct, secondary, and structured equity investments in the technology sector. Eric started his career as an investment banking analyst at Moelis & Company where he advised technology companies and their management teams on M&A and capital advisory transactions.
Eric has invested or served in an advisory capacity to many leading technology companies, including Sitetracker, Corelight, Mode, Pyramid Analytics, Anaplan, Marqeta, Gigya and Luxtera.
Eric was a Robert Day Scholar at Claremont McKenna College, earning a joint B.A. and M.A. in Economics and Finance.
