Canadian companies are vulnerable to the increasing risk of cyber attacks

The ability of companies to fight cyber attacks isn’t keeping pace with the rising prevalence and costs inflicted on businesses, according to professional services firm Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Companies such as Eddie Bauer, which had customers’ payment card information accessed by malware, and Volkswagen, which has had keyless entry systems hacked, are among those that have fallen prey to hacks and attacks recently.
