Juan A. Pujadas

Advisor

Juan is an advisor at Blumberg Capital with a focus on advising the fintech portfolio companies.

Juan is a former member of the board of directors of Wells Fargo & Company and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. He served on the Credit, Finance, Risk and Technology Committees of the Board.

He is a retired principal of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) LLP and served as vice chairman, Global Advisory Services, the global consulting, strategy, forensic, and M&A businesses of PwC. Prior to that he was the in charge of Advisory Services in the US and before that the Chief Risk Officer of Santander Investment, the international division of Banco Santander.

Juan is also a member of the board of directors of UST Global, Inc., a privately held software and technology engineering firm active in 25 countries and serves on the board of Mainetti, Inc, the world’s largest manufacturer of fashion accessories and hangers and he is a former Senior Advisor at Eurasia Group, the leading global geopolitical advisory firm.

In addition to leading one of the largest advisory businesses, Juan has served in a number of different roles as a finance and technology advisor to many of the world’s leading financial institutions and technology companies. During his career he has also worked closely with many technology startups, as an advisor and a partner, focusing on various aspects of financial services and health care. He currently advises companies in artificial intelligence, payments, health-tec and virtual reality.

Juan serves on the Board of Advisors of The School of Social Policy and Practice of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology of the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Finance) from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science) from the School of Engineering and Applied Science. He is also a graduate of The Lawrenceville School, as well as a past trustee of the Rye Country Day School and serves on the Advisory Council of IESE in Barcelona.
