Maci Mattson
HR and Administration Manager

Maci is the HR and administration manager at Blumberg Capital, based in San Francisco. She is responsible for the firm’s talent, HR and people management strategies.
Prior to joining Blumberg Capital, Maci was the Head of People Operations, at an early stage venture-backed supply chain startup, ChannelApe, overseeing the company’s talent acquisition and operational employee processes. Previously, she was the Director of People Operations at Hound Labs, a biotechnology startup where she built out the company’s Human Capital function. Maci has over 10 years of extensive startup, administration, executive recruiting and HR experience.
Maci has a BS in Social Sciences from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, with an emphasis in Organizational Development.
