Zemer is an associate at Blumberg Capital, based in Tel Aviv.
Prior to joining Blumberg Capital, Zemer worked as a Cyber Domain Manager in the Catalyst department of Deloitte Israel, where she connected global Fortune 500 companies, startups, and VCs in the Israeli ecosystem, and built bridges between innovative Israeli technology companies and leading global organizations.
Zemer is an alumni of Israel’s elite military and technology intelligence unit, 8200, where she served as an Intelligence Officer, and managed a team of Data and Intelligence Analysts.
Zemer earned her B.A. in Political Science and Media Studies from Tel Aviv University.
