Brown & Brown has purchased insurtech marketplace CoverHound, as it looks to digitize its business

The US-based insurance brokerage, which provides risk management solutions to individuals and businesses, has acquired insurtech CoverHound and its wholly owned subsidiary CyberPolicy for an undisclosed amount, per a press release.
